How to download your 123presets files
After purchase, your presets arrive as a download link inside your order email. This guide walks you through finding the email, downloading the ZIP, and saving it somewhere you can find later.

Step-by-step

Open your order confirmation email
Look for an email from 123presets sent right after checkout. Subject lines usually start with 'Your 123presets order' or 'Your download is ready'. If you don't see it in the inbox, check Spam, Promotions and Updates before assuming it never arrived.

Tap the download link inside the email
Each order email has a clearly labelled Download button. Tap it and your browser will start downloading the ZIP file. The link stays active — you can come back later and download again if you need to.

On phone: files land in Downloads
On iPhone the ZIP goes to Files → On My iPhone → Downloads (or iCloud Drive → Downloads). On Android it lands in the Downloads folder inside the Files or My Files app. Do not unzip it there — you'll open it directly inside Lightroom Mobile later.

On computer: files land in the Downloads folder
The ZIP appears in your Downloads folder on Mac or Windows. If your browser shows a download bar at the bottom, click 'Show in folder' to jump straight to it.

Keep the ZIP file safe
Save the ZIP somewhere you'll remember — a dedicated 123presets folder is ideal. You may need it again if you switch phones, reinstall Lightroom, or add a new device to your workflow.
Cannot find the email? Check Spam, Promotions, and Updates folders — sometimes providers filter downloads there automatically.
Some browsers block large downloads. If the download fails halfway, switch to Chrome or Safari and try the link again.
