Open the Edit panel in Lightroom Desktop.

Click Presets to open the preset panel.

Click the three-dot menu at the top of the panel.

Click Import Presets.

Browse to your unzipped 123presets folder.

Select the XMP files and click Import.
Helpful tip
If you bought multiple packs, import them one folder at a time so they stay organized.
