Step-by-step

Open Lightroom Desktop on your Mac or Windows computer.

Open any photo and click the Edit icon on the right.

Click Presets at the bottom of the edit panel.

Click the three-dot menu inside the Presets panel.

Choose Import Presets.

Select all the XMP files (or the .zip of presets) from your unzipped folder.

Click Import.

Your presets will appear inside a User Presets group.
Helpful tip
You can select all XMP files at once with Cmd+A on Mac or Ctrl+A on Windows.
Common mistake
If the Import Presets option is missing, update Lightroom Desktop to the latest version.
