Step-by-step

  1. 1

Open your order email on the iPhone

Use Mail, Gmail or whichever mail app you already have. Tap the download link inside — Safari will download the 123presets ZIP to Files → On My iPhone → Downloads (or iCloud Drive → Downloads, depending on your settings).

  2. 2

Leave the ZIP as a ZIP

Do not tap the ZIP to preview it in Files, and do not use a third-party unzipper. Lightroom Mobile is the app that will open it — sending it anywhere else first just adds steps.

  3. 3

    Update Lightroom Mobile

Open the App Store, search for Lightroom, and tap Update if one is available. Older builds hide the Import Presets option, so an outdated app is the single most common reason iPhone imports fail.

  4. 4

Open any photo → Presets → three-dot menu → Import Presets

Launch Lightroom Mobile, tap any photo (or add one with the + button) to enter the edit screen. In the toolbar at the bottom, tap Presets, then the three-dot (⋯) menu in the top-right of the Presets panel, and choose Import Presets.

  5. 5

Pick the 123presets ZIP from Downloads

The Files picker opens. Tap Browse → On My iPhone → Downloads (or iCloud Drive → Downloads) and select the 123presets ZIP. Lightroom opens the archive and installs every preset inside into a new group named after your pack.

  6. 6

    Apply your first preset

Tap Presets again, open your new 123presets group and tap any preset. Tap the checkmark to apply, then tweak exposure or white balance if the photo needs a little help.

Helpful tip

If the Files picker doesn't show your ZIP, tap Browse in the picker and make sure you're viewing Downloads — not Recents.

Common mistake

Trying to import the ZIP by opening it in Files first is the #1 reason presets don't appear. Import it from inside Lightroom Mobile using the Import Presets menu.
