Step-by-step

  1. 1

Locate the 123presets ZIP in your Downloads folder and double-click it in Finder — macOS unzips it automatically into a folder next to the ZIP.

  2. 2

Open Lightroom Desktop and open (or import) any photo, then click the Edit icon on the right to reveal the editing panels.

  3. 3

Click Presets at the bottom of the edit panel, then click the three-dot menu (⋯) inside the Presets panel and choose Import Presets.

  4. 4

In the file dialog, open your unzipped 123presets folder, press Cmd+A to select every XMP file, and click Import.

  5. 5

Your presets appear under User Presets in the Presets panel — click any one to preview and apply.

Helpful tip

If you use Lightroom on iPhone or iPad too, install once on Mac and Lightroom cloud sync mirrors your presets there automatically.
