Guide
Step-by-step
- 1
Confirm you used DNG files for mobile or XMP files for desktop / Classic.
- 2
Make sure you unzipped the ZIP folder before importing.
- 3
On mobile: open each DNG and tap Create Preset to actually save it.
- 4
On desktop: scroll to the User Presets group inside the Presets panel.
- 5
On Classic: switch to the Develop module to see user presets.
- 6
Restart Lightroom and check again.
Common mistake
Importing the ZIP file directly into Lightroom never works — always unzip first.
