Why are my presets not showing in Lightroom Mobile?

Make sure you imported the DNG files, not the ZIP.

Open one of the DNG photos and confirm it loads correctly.

Tap the three-dot menu and create the preset — importing the DNG alone is not enough.

Save the preset into a group you can find easily.

Close and reopen Lightroom Mobile.
- 6
Open a regular photo and check the Presets panel for your saved preset.
Helpful tip
Always save presets manually after importing the DNG — Lightroom does not do this for you.
Common mistake
Most missing-preset reports happen because the DNG was imported but Create Preset was never tapped.
