I cannot open the ZIP file
If your device cannot open the ZIP, install a free unzip app.

Step-by-step

On iPhone: open the Files app and tap the ZIP. iOS unzips it automatically.

On Android: open the ZIP with Files by Google or your phone's built-in file manager (Samsung My Files, Xiaomi Mi File Manager) and tap Extract. If your phone has no built-in unzipper, install Files by Google — RAR / ZArchiver are only needed as a last resort.

On Mac: double-click the ZIP in Finder.

On Windows: right-click and choose Extract All.

If the ZIP fails to open, redownload the file — it may have been incomplete.
