Confirm you used the right file type for your Lightroom version.

Confirm the ZIP is unzipped.

On mobile, confirm you tapped Create Preset on each DNG.

On desktop, scroll to User Presets in the panel.

On Classic, switch to the Develop module.
- 6
Restart Lightroom and check again.
